Arising questions on Universities and colleges administration

If you look at the incidents of last month, the incidents of eve teasing with girls in the main campus of three prestigious universities of Uttar Pradesh have come up,the concern is that these incidents have happened one after the other. First of all,Banaras Hindu University,which has a different identity in India,a girl in the main campus who was returning to the hostel from her department around 6 pm,bikers behaved shamefully. No. two MJPR University,Bareilly also had such a shamefull and Malicious incident. The extent has come when only few days after in VBS Purvanchal University,Jaunpur, miscreants entered in the classroom and not only molested a MBA girl student,even tearing her cloths.

The most reprehensible incident in all of these was BHU's incident,the victim started crying for help on the crime scene, but the guard standing at a distance from her,ignored.After that the victim complained  in the university administration, but due to the administration's inactive attitude, girls stormed the university main gate.Students were demanding to meet the Vice Chancellor, at the same time police showed brutality and caning on them,In which many girl students were badly injured.It's imperative to ask the question here that even after so much, the Vice Chancellor doesn't want to meet the students.After all, what's the problem with him in meeting with his students?

This isn't the first or second instance of the irresponsible attitude of the educational institutions, but you'll find many more other examples also.For example, a year ago JNU student Najeeb Ahmed had disappeared from the university's campus, even then, their was a lot of opposition of the university administration.

If you look at all this occurrence morally,then you'll find that these incidents strike a lot on our culture and rituals.From ancient times till date we consider educational institutions as a temple and especially in spiritual capital of India Varanasi and all other places,such malignant phenomena in the temple of education are absolutely unbearable.Even so, the Vice Chancellor described it as a small incident and political stir.Hence, it leads question mark on both university's administration and reputation.

I agree with the demand of students for prevention of such occurrences. In this hi-tech era,the CCTV cameras must be everywhere in the campuses.Security personnel should also fulfill their duties with full responsibility and loyalty, because if the guard didn't disagree with his duty on that day,then perhaps there would have been no big noise.Regarding Universities and colleges administration, students should be full of responsibility and harmony.Because there is a mistake or something wrong with either side, so many such incidents happen.
